Dr. Agrawal brings to Harris more than 15 years of experience developing strategies for and advising leading government and commercial healthcare organizations in North America. He was formerly at McKinsey & Company, where he was a partner and leader in the firm’s North American Healthcare Systems and Services practice. He received a bachelor of science degree in molecular biophysics and biochemistry and a master’s degree in molecular biophysics from Yale University, as well as a medical doctorate degree from Yale University School of Medicine.

Don Mestas is Vice President of the Harris Healthcare Solutions federal business area. Under Mr. Mestas’ leadership, Harris completed the acquisition and successful integration of Patriot Technologies, LLC and established a leading prime position in federal healthcare IT where Harris has key contracts supporting the Departments of Veterans Affairs, Defense and Health and Human Services.

Keith Krebs is the director of Enterprise Solutions for Harris Healthcare Solutions. As director of Enterprise Solutions, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations and the continued growth of Harris Commercial Healthcare. Before coming into this role, Mr. Krebs was director or Programs for Enterprise Solutions. He was responsible for the execution of programs including efforts that blend offerings from other Harris business areas and areas within Healthcare Solutions. Mr. Krebs holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Pennsylvania State University. In addition, he is a graduate of the Harris Leadership Directions program at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Dr. Hamra leads Harris from a clinical perspective on innovation and technology with his extensive experience as a designer and user of health information technology. He has worked with many of Harris’ customers on designing successful IT strategies and deployments. Before joining Harris in 2008, he was medical director for the Defense Health Information Management Systems (DHIMS) where he managed the development and deployment of medical and other software. Dr. Hamra earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry from Southwest Missouri State University and a doctor of osteopathy from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa.

Dr. Dean joins Harris from KPMG, where she was an associate director in Healthcare Advisory. In this role, Dean was an engagement manager for a number of clinical operational and governance reviews for groups of care homes, private clinics and NHS services. In addition, she developed a knowledge base of best practice guidance and innovative examples for benchmarking and facilitation in options development for clients. Prior to Dean’s career at KPMG, she was the executive director of the Cambridge Centre for Health Leadership & Enterprise that she established at Cambridge University’s Judge Business School.

Dr. Lee brings 29 years of engineering experience to Harris Healthcare whereby he has translated his technical capabilities into the healthcare market. He has primary focuses on inventing and developing solutions for image processing, information management and analytics. Dr. Lee holds a B.S. in engineering from the University of Central Florida, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. Riley is an experienced healthcare visionary for Harris. He brings along with him a breadth of knowledge that stems from his 35 years of experience and work in the healthcare industry, first in nursing services and then as a primary care physician assistant in the U.S. Air Force. Since 1995 his primary focus has been in Health IT informatics.
